Alternetics Achieves CRM Competency
For the third year in a row, Alternetics has completed all the requirements needed to earn the Microsoft Business Solutions Competency in Microsoft CRM.  This competency is only awarded to those companies who have completed a stringent certification process and have demonstrated their ability to successfully implement Microsoft CRM.  We at Alternetics are very proud of this accomplishment and hope it  demonstrates our commitment to maintaining the highest possible standards in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) industry.
Alternetics Adds WordMerge Product
After fully testing the functionality in both a demo and live environment, Alternetics is now offering WordMerge as an Alternetics certified MSCRM plug-in.  This product, integrated with Microsoft CRM, give the user and exceptionally increase ability to create both mail and e-mail merge documents.  This functionality, coupled with the configurable Sharepoint integration, makes the WordMerge product a must have for every Microsoft CRM install.  For more information on the this  terrific tool e-mail sales@alternetics.com
